Maatouk Gourmet Blend pure ground coffee. In preparing this authentic Lebanese coffee, for each 60ml cup of fresh water, add one teaspoon of coffee. Stir the coffee well over low heat. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and let settle.

Loumidis Papagalos traditional roasted and ground Greek coffee, for use with the narrow-necked coffee pot known as a briki. It is recommended to use 1 tsp of coffee for each demitasse cup desired.
