This balsamic's syrup, consistency, rich aroma, and complex flavor is the result of the maturatin of the grape juice which is reduced into must and with the enhancement of the extraction of a natural flavor of figs has been slowly aged to perfection in more than 8 months. It's spicy kick can easily be used balancing the rich flavor of any meat, poultry, and fish. In marinades it gives an extra burst of flavor, and add a welcome acidity to vegetables, salads, or even on vanilla ice cream.
