Description
Jemila shonklish is aged and continues to mature, developing its character with a smoother texture. It is dipped in olive oil and rolled in zaatar, a zesty thyme blend. Shonklish is traditionally served crumbled in a dish and drizzled with olive oil. Crumble Jemila shonklish and use in salads, on top of eggs, sliced on a cheese tray, mixed in pasta dishes, or with pita.
Each ball of shoklish is approximately 4oz.
