Ingredients: Dried organic spearmint leaves.

Mint leaves are widely used in cooking - in dishes and salads but also as a beverage. Considered to have many natural properties beneficial to humans.
INFUSION: As soon as the water starts to boil, remove it from the heat and add the herb. Leave it for 5-10 minutes, strain it and use it. The usual ratios for the infusion are 1-3 teaspoons for each cup of water.
HERBAL TEA: Take the healing part of the plant and boil it with water. If it’s finely
chopped, it only needs to be boiled for 5 minutes, otherwise 5-15 minutes. The ratio is three spoons in two cups of water.
Spearmint leaves are used in cooking for food and salads.
For the ancient Greeks it was a powerful refreshing herb for the mind and its decoction was used against headaches.
Spearmint has many beneficial properties such as fight against stomach aches and renal colic, nausea and hiccups. Also, it is used for reducing the symptoms of diarrhea, the period pains and for the relief of rheumatism, gingivitis and inflammation of the
nasopharynx.
